Hoffman Place participates in an affordable housing program. The household income is based on GROSS annual income (before any deductions) earned from all sources including; wages, social security payments, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest income, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, recurring gifts from family/friends, lottery winnings, etc.

The property has a minimum household income requirement of two times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Third party verification will be required of all income and copies of tax returns and pay stubs may be required. Total household income must be under the limits based on household size.

Deposits are equal to one month's rent. To maintain the integrity of the community, credit, criminal and rental background checks are conducted on all applicants.

It’s okay so far I notice that it’s a lot of stuff that’s not up to part a lot of stuff was braking .. I don’t have a door bell I’ve been asking for months and the property manger keeps making bs excuses of why I don’t have one witch is ridiculous I pay rent on time since I’ve lived here so why does it take this long for a door bell

Hoffman Place

I love it here at Hoffman Place. My family has space in our apartment. It’s not a lot noise in the building. I also love my apartment manager Michelle she is very helpful and sweet.
