Everything is mostly fine. Parking is tight. Doesn’t have enough amenities.

Overall, the location is convenient and the area is fairly quiet. It’s close to stores and transportation which makes daily life easier. However, there are some issues that could be improved, especially with maintenance response times and building upkeep. Some things take longer than expected to get fixed. Management is generally okay, but communication could be better. It’s not a bad place to live, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Its been great living here, its mostly quite durng the week and the evenings. There are fun events put on for residents too. My only struggle is when owners dont clean up after their dog, i am am a dog owner myself and we make we clean up to respect and our responsibilities. Also the trash can be obsurdly filled over the weekends leaving the main door looking upkept
