Seem like management has changed and is very rude about getting anything fix, very long wait time for thing to get fixed

Pros: Good amenities, very good response on maintenance requests, part of novi school district. Kids friendly environment. Private entrance to the apartment. Cons: Over all living space inside the apartment is little cramped. Old sliding doors are often falling down. Cleanliness of the apartment at move in could be improved. Conclusion: i would definitely recommend friends and colleagues provided the living space available in the apartment is adequate for their family..

Just moved in but so glad I picked this community. The train can be loud but otherwise it is very peaceful. All the staff are super helpful and friendly.
