I have been here a bit more than 1 year. I think this apartment is in a good location with reasonable fee. It would be better if the insulation around the window is better especially during the winter time. There is no air leak, but I think the insulation can be better.

Nice place ut not worrh the money… need lots of repairs. The upkeep is not up to par. Too many bandaids on things that need to be fixed.

Amenities aren’t good. Rent is high but all fixtures are cheap. Wouldn’t reccomend!

First month has been great! Apartment was clean and seems to be nothing wrong. If i do have a problem maintence is there within a couple days!!
