Positive Vibes from Brownstone

I have lived in the Brownstones Apartments in Novi, MI for over three years. When Covid hit and I needed an apartment fast, the staff at Brownstones were incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me with finding a place as quickly as possible. The staff has continued to provide a pleasant living experience by offering activities to the residents to promote a neighborhood feel to the community. The maintenance staff has been quick to respond to any issues I have had with courtesy and friendliness. I thoroughly enjoy the area, which is not only beautiful, but also convenient. I definitely would and have recommend Brownstones of Novi to those looking for an apartment in the area.

Well located and affordable apartments

I have been living in Brownstones for a little over 2 years now. The apartments are very well designed and well located. The heat insulation is a problem at times driving the electricity bill up, but despite that fact those are apartments are a really great value for the price.

Its okay

I would say the best part of living here is the maintenance. They are extremely nice. Very helpful. Any time I have any issues in my unit it is fixed immediately. The maintenance crew even helped me shovel my drive way one morning when my husband wasn't home.
