Must be better

This is my second year here and things were good for the first year almost til 2023 june. But after that i feel things have dropped. Maintenance is not so good and the amenities considering the high rent being taken

Changes in the making ….,

We have lived here for over 25 yrs! Loved it! It’s safe, close to everything and a peaceful out of the way nook in the middle of hustle n bustle! It’s tucked away in yhe woods and nice and quiet! The grounds used to be kept emaculent, formerly Fountain Park had won many awards for their beautiful grounds keeping for “Best in Novi”! Used to have the best maintenance staff who had a no nonsense approach to getting things done! Since we’re under new mgmt now, bout 3yrs now, not so much! Maintenance workers have quit, office staff hardly communicates with tenants and when they do, things don’t get done in a timely manner! Most are not trained, some are darn right rude and make excuses for not doing their job!! ????? Things have drastically declined! Soooo disappointing, many longtime 20+ yr renters are looking elsewhere! It’s a shame! Used to be such a lovely place to call home. ??
