My experience with portsmouth had been really good thus far, moving in was fairly easy and the staff made sure everything went smooth. Ive enjoyed my time here and will continue living here.

Everything hads been great, no probkems at all in the months i have lived here
Parking and Staff is a big issue.
I have been living in Portsmouth apartments for 4 years now and Parking is a big issue. All the parking lanes in front of building 15 are wiped off we don't have lanes from 3 years. Staff is not that friendly and doesn't get back to me sometimes.
Clean and Quiet
Maintenace staff and grounds crew keep the community very well maintained. The office staff are willing to listen to your concerns and take the time to care about your concerns. The community is well lite at night, parking strips for parking are not there, so it's difficult for some to figure out how to park their cars so everyone has room. The snow is removed very quickly, sidewalks are salted. If you have AT & T cell phones, the reception is not the best inside your apartment. Apartments are spacious and closet space is terrific! I'm here for my second year. Thank you, Portsmouth Staff, for doing a great job!
