Living at The Village

I have lived in the village going on 5 years now. I have loved living here during those years. Anywhere you live is going to have ups and downs, but the staff has always strived to correct anything that happened while I have lived here. Maintenance is very attentive, especially during preventative maintenance, and the front office staff is incredibly nice and helpful when any issue arises. I am so excited for the new clubhouse to be built, and to see what new amenities will soon be available to myself and all my fellow residents here. It is a safe area, and rental rates are very competitive for the surrounding area. They may not offer everything that other complexes do, but the collective experience of living here is well worth the potential sacrifice.

Beautiful property, allows dogs, but moles or boles sre rampant hnder grass. Parking is goid. Apartments are very small!! No dishwasher in 1 bedroom apartments. Laundry facilities are outside of apt. & are shared. Not a bad location & close to 96. Unfortunately 96 entrance is closed due to construction & both Beck Riad entrances & exits ate in construction. Enter Apts. through Pontisc Trail
