Excellent Service

On two recent occasions, we had problems with a major appliance and a bathroom exhaust fan - the appliance was inspected and replaced within a week, and the exhaust fan was fixed the same day the problem was reported. The response time and resolution of the issues have been outstanding and most appreciated along with the quality of the work performed by the maintenance staff, which is one of the best to which I've ever had access.

The most beautiful rental you'll find in the area

I lived in an upstairs, one bedroom apartment. What I fell in love with were the amount of light the apartment received and the green surroundings. Also the high ceilings, the layout and having a garage. The staff was around to help me 24/7 if the furnace was not working or if my garage did not open. Cheryl, Barb and Jamie were extremelly kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
