Retreat At Farmington Hills

My lease was coming up soon. I was afraid that it was going to go way up. I went into the office and spoke to Jenna. Jenna was amazing. She addressed my concerns and with her help, I renewed my lease for another year. She made the experience much better than I was expecting.

My lease was about to be renewed and I was afraid my rent was going to go way up. I visited Jenna in the rental office. She was amazing. She was able to address my concerns and I am happy to say that because of Jenna, I am renewing my lease for another year.

This is my absolute worst experience living in the US. The management has switched multiple times and everytime there's an even more ignorant person at the desk. They close the maintenance tickets without resolving them. The carpets in the hallway stink, parcels get stolen, the building door doesn't lock, the walls are thin (you can hear whispers too). Management turns a deaf ear to any concerns. They charge you an increased amount for valet trash pick up but pull away the services and don't even adjust the utility costs.

I do not recommend , property has gone downhill

Place needs work, maintenance comes but doesn’t finish the job , and it is hard to get in contact with front desk

If anything breaks down, good luck, very bad maintnance service, they only care about how outside looks like cutting the grass. And pet owners leave dog waste on grass everywhere! You have to pay for everything, and ppl slam doors.
