We've lived at Creekside since 6/2018. This ownership group is our 3rd owner in this period. Current managers are accessible, they are kind, they're maintenance staff is exceptional. Building #7 is showing its age over the years with no plan in site for an upgrade. We started with a rent if 1195.00 now it's 1575.00 because of the world. We plan to stay 2 more years, subject to change. Safety concerns are loose concrete for the front walk and a handrail is needed for the steps down to our walk. Thank You.

I've been here just over a year. Staff in the office has always been friendly and kind to me. Maintenance guys are cool as well and normally come for problems within 48 hours
