Pros: Staff friendly The communit is pretty nice Residents passing seem friendly Apartments, large with 2-car garages that's where it ends Cons: Maintence is almost "non-existant...put in a ticket and get in the "queue" Security....there is NONE entry gates don't work; you're given a gate fob, but really you don't need it at all Bldgs all have open lock-free doors...ANYONE can simply stroll in which is scary, keep your apt door locked Apt amenities are sorely lacking; most are plastic (Temu toilets, even sinks are fake) NOT one drawer in either of the bathrooms, strange...didn't notice while touring (my fault) Light switches very inconvenient placing making it difficult to turn on/off light in kitchen, you have to walk out into the hallway to turn off kitchen overhead light garbage disposal switch is far far away from the garbage disposal Basically many of these things you dont discover until you're actually living here...sadly that's my experience

Property have went down a lot. This was a beautiful place when I move here 10 years ago. New some improve. Need to have lock main doors to all the apartment entry. Those gate should have a attendant at them at all time.

The maintenance needs an audit. As in, go from unit to unit and document. Then show the entire community the status. My apt for instance needs rejoisting of the joists, toilets replaced/upgraded, kitchen and bathroom sinks to be redone.
