MANAGEMENT
We love living in Covington. I believe that management should take the initiative to correct problems within the complex. Management is very quick to initiate notices to us when they are concerned about problems that they have. For instance, we just received notices telling us what numbers to use for emergencies and what constitutes an emergency; however, residents are still feeding the geese. Management has spent considerable money in fixing this problem. A notice should be sent to all residents and especially given to new residents who may not know about our problem. I have had a problem with a neighbor who has a two who parks a very large white SUV on the street in front of their house overnight at least 3 or 4 times a week. I have asked both sons not to do this because it is an eyesore in my living room window; It also makes it difficult for my visitors to park, as there is little room for them. Residents and family members should not have to clog our narrow streets. It makes our community look ugly. I have heard that most communities like ours have rules for this. Can a notice be sent to all members not to do this, as is the policy in most communities like ours? We all would like to keep this community filled. We have lovely landscaping now. Let's keep our streets clean from goose poop and unsightly cars. Thank you
