This is my secod week here. So far with the issues thay ive had, the staff has been very helpful with addressing. So its been good so far

I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. I like my neighbors and the area. The maintenance of the property is atrocious. The outside contractors, with their negligence, ruin most every upgrade that has been done. That includes the interior works as well. I don't think I will be here much longer. Someone needs to get their act together.

Living here is very challenging my apartment floods alot when it rain and i have a black mold problem i have reached out many times for this issue no help and it smells like mildew all the time
