We didn’t forget about the basics either and outfitted our homes with air conditioning systems and some have USB outlets. We also provide an online platform for paying rent and submitting requests, carports, laundry facilities, and AT&T U-Verse is available. Complete Contempt for Residents

Almost 5 stars? Are we living in the same complex? I have been here over 3 years. All the updating has been done outside & of the most superficial kind. The carpeting in my building is stained & absolutely filthy. They promised to fix the huge scratches on my front door & never did. The appliances are cheap & antiquated. I have to run a fan each time I use my oven because it sets off the smoke detector. My fridge sounds like a freight train. Each time you turn on the bathroom light the fan runs. I love hearing my neighbor use the toilet at night. I have black sludge in the toilet. The doors are always coming off the tracks. The plywood in my kitchen cabinets is rotting & they attempted to cover it up with a wood contact paper, gave up & just left it in bunches. They put in new windows of the lowest quality the week before Christmas. During this "renovation" management used the opportunity to noise around my apartment. They installed an Amazon locker so now you have to drive to pick up your packages. They sell this as a perk. My rent has increased almost $200 per month. Why do I stay? Because despite this scenario, most apartment complexes at this price range are worse.

I have lived in the Windemere community for 7 years and I absolutely love it! From the location, amenities, service and price. Trust me, I have shopped around and could not find a better apartment complex.
