we have been here for 2 years. It is an all around excellent experience except for the parking space.
Metro 9
No parking for guests. Noise travels through the HVAC systems and metal doors. Everything echoes because of the cement. Neighbors are not mindful of each other. Management does not take care of issues in an efficient manner even when there are complaints. Smoking issues went on for over a year and half. Pot smoking still occurs. Dog barking is a constant issue. And there has been no communication from management when concierge leaves or new ones come or even of the schedule of availability. And now that SCC has purchased our affordable units we feel very much in the dark... we never had follow up meetings with our owners, we have maintenance issues that have been put on hold and unanswered questions. And yet we had to complete our recertification with in their time frame.
