I've never had maintenance respond so quickly to requests! I love my place- everything was clean and freshly painted when I moved in. Only downside about this apartment is that the walls are rather thin- I can often hear my next door or upstairs neighbors when I don't want to. Otherwise, great!

I've lived here for four months and really like my apartment. It's sunny, comfortable, I have a HUGE bedroom and maintenance is super quick to respond to any issue, which is very rare. The only real downside is that the walls between units aren't very soundproof, so I can hear my neighbors all the time. Personally, I don't really mind most of it but the noise can be disruptive at times.

This apartment building gives you the best part of Somerville. Great walking distances to Union, Davis and Porter Square, as well as transportation. Staff is friendly and helpful. Gives city living for a great price and quality.
