315 Broadway Place Apartments

I have been my son's co-signer for the fourth year, and he tells me that his apartment, though only a single is great for him and has served him well. Other than possibly a slight bit of noise from the hallway, next door neighbors, and from above, he loves his home.

I just moved from a similarly priced apartment and I couldn’t be happier. It feels clean and fresh, and I love being able to use the gym downstairs.

The amenities and quality of the apartments are great. Having in unit washer/dryer, central heating and air conditioning, a dishwasher, and incredibly responsive and prompt maintenance make this place wonderful to live in.

Maintenance is really good about resolving problems promptly. Good food in the area, across the street from an awesome brewery. Down the street from a fire department, so we get lots of noise and alarms.

Overall my partner and I have had a great experience living at 315 Broadway. Our apartment is modern and spacious and in a great location. The hallways and lobby and elevator are usually clean and maintenance has been super helpful when called. Paying $250 for a parking spot and not being able to park in the lot outside overnight are both things we really don't think are cool at all. It seems our water heater is also pretty small, as we only can take one normal length shower and then have to wait around 45 minutes so that the next person is guaranteed to have hot water.
