Everything is new in the building but we've needed several things fixed due to rushed construction. Likely the next tenant won't have as many issues. I like the location and the staff are friendly.

There is not enough bike parking and the supposedly temporary racks have been the only ones installed for months.

I moved in here on July 1 and there isn't a bad thing I can say about this place. It's absolutely gorgeous and the staff are amazing.

Super impressive by the high quality of construction which is unlike most apartment complexes. Built to luxury condo standards. The building has a huge outdoor patio area for res, a fitness lounge and a skylounge with great views. I love the location of Spring Hill too!
