Started out great-gone downhill

When we first moved in, things were looking up. New owners were upgrading the units, moving out the bad tenants. They seemed to care. Next thing we know, building plumbing constantly has issues, flooded the first floor twice, hot water croaks often, raised the rent $300 a month, have an ongoing mouse and roach problem. Turns out, it was the property manager doing a great job, with owners that only care about money. Walls are paper thin, as lots of old buildings are. As tenants move in and out, noise level varies. Laundry room is full of machines that dont work properly. Parking is a hit or a miss, as to whether getting home late will mean you have no spot to park in. Sloppy plow company. Mediocre landscaping. Only real plus' were being in a newly renovated unit, being affordable for what was being offered and having a great property manager.

Very Pleased so far with our experience here. The property isn't brand new, but offers us what we need to have a safe, peaceful, clean home for our family including our furry friend. We Appreciate having a place where we feel comfortable, and a nice neighborhood to walk princess in that is convenient and well maintained.
