I am a 62 year old woman, living paycheck to paycheck. Although I work full-time, The rent is too high! I have never had any improvements done to this apartment. When I moved in 5 years ago, I actually had to finish painting the apartment myself. I paid 250 dollars to have my ceilings rolled out. The hood over my stove didn't work, so I bought one at Lowes and paid to have it installed! I work overnights at South Shore Hospital so the apartment is conveniently located.
