We understand that pets are family, and that's why we allow each household to have up to two pets. You can choose from two cats, two dogs, one cat and one dog, or even two caged animals. Plus, you're welcome to have one aquarium with a capacity of up to 40 gallons to bring a touch of aquatic beauty to your home. We embrace pets of all sizes, as there are no size or weight restrictions for dogs. However, for the safety and harmony of our community, we cannot permit dogs with a history of vicious or aggressive behavior. Our pet-friendly policies come with affordable monthly fees: just $35 for one cat, $70 for two cats, $50 for one dog, $85 for one cat and one dog, and $100 for two dogs. Best of all, there are no fees for caged or aquarium pets! Your pet deserves a wonderful home, and we’re here to help make that happen. For any questions or to discuss your pet adoption plans, please reach out to our Management Office at (781) 335-3030. I have lived here for a few months, and it is the best place I have rented here in the South Shore. It is a safe and fun neighborhood. The staff is attentive and professional.

Lived here more than an year, faced all temperature, looks perfect for all season. Kids will enjoy hear, as the environment was great. :)

Over the past year the place has gone down hill. The landscaping was ignored until end of summer, there is no more activities in the clubhouse for anyone. residents are not allowed to use the club house anymore. The office constantly closes the pool during the summer. Opens late, closes for Season early. If residents are upset, the office thinks its funny, ignores them. This used to be so nice to live here, and felt safe, now it has an isolated feeling, and not safe. Lights broken in parking lot forever.
