First lease renewal, moved here due to proximity of work location. Nothing special about property, people are nice, upkeep and maintenance are great

We have been here two years and are very satisfied with conditions. Quite except for the trash collectors which come to next door apartments at 6 am. Maintenance is spectacular, and I can't comment on the building manager as she has been here only two weeks and I have yet to meet her. I do not like the fact they we cannot decorate our doors. People visiting always commented on how pretty and welcoming this was. I and almost any resident you speak to will tell you the exit from the drive way onto route 53 is very dangerous. It would behoove your company to see how this can be solved., blinking light or exit from building 511's parking lot onto street that is backs up to. Please keep your residents safe.

I have been living at Northpointe for 4 years. I enjoy the location and the kind neighbors and office staff. The rent rates are ok, typical boston . Maria, host wonderful community get togethers, that are always fun and the food is so yummy
