What others love about this property:
Mostly Good
New management has improved many conditions but of all the changes the most important ones seem to be getting pushed aside. Each floor has 2 washers and 2 dryers, and more often then not one is out of order on every floor. Which adds to the chaos of attempting laundry in a complex. Laundromats keep you honest, having a washer down the hall frequently leaves clothes sitting hours passed when they should be pulled. which to be clear is a people issue not a property issue
Perfect in-between home
It's been peaceful. Although not everyone experiences that, we got lucky. Biggest complaint is the fire alarm. There's been 3 false alarms in the last year and with a cat and a baby the blaring siren alarm is disorienting, not to mention the outside wait (during winter) for the all clear. Location is perfect, peaceful town. Amenities are on the older side but the maintenance lady is excellent. She does an amazing job and carried us through the rough covid months with minimal issues due to her vigilance in doing her job to the best of her abilities. The little things that people overlook are often the most important things taken for granted. I'd waiver she's under valued because without her this place would turn to junk within a couple weeks
Too expensive but conveniently located in good town
Too drafty energy bill sky high because windows have zero insulation every room is ice cold in the winter
Bare minimum
Multiple issues in apartment. Closet doors fall off tracks, light in closet not working, bathroom fan not working and cabinet draws scrape and stick and water intrusion during storms. Additionally, lights out in hallways during storms, dryers and elevators and front entrance lock need frequent servicing, dumpsters frequently over flow and grounds crew blows leaf/ storm debris around full parking lot damaging vehicles.
