Great home, but poor maintenance

We have loved our time at mallard crossing over the last three years. However, the maintenance team is very unreliable and we are not sure if we will renew our lease when it is up.

It's very nice

It's a really nice area everything you'd need is less than 2 miles away, lots of dog walkers in the complex, people are friendly and quiet.

Pet Policy

We allow up to two pets. There is a non-refundable one-time pet fee of $250.00 for one pet and $350 for two pets. There is a monthly pet fee of $35.00 per pet, due with your rent payment.  Weight and breed type restrictions apply.  Exotic pets, such as snakes, rodents, uncaged birds, reptiles, insects, ferrets, spiders etc. will not be permitted.
