Update the apartments
Like want to move but will when lease is up unless the office communication gets better. The maintance was suppose to be better when firing the old ones but it has away to go. The APARTMENTS need a complete over all. the furnace and air condition is always needing something done. Get people in the office that has the renters best interest in mine so that they may want to stay instead of the turn over you have. I worked Customer Service for 11 yrs and I know it has dropped a lot now days.
