I love living here. I do think that the property is showing signs of its age. Doors both inside and outside need to be painted, lighting in the hallways need to be brighter, hallways and stairwells need to be painted. Overall I love it

New staff is disappointing

We used to absolutely love living here. Which is why we have lived here for almost 3 years. Unfortunately, in the past couple of months, the office staff was replaced with new team members that are rude, un-personable, judgmental, and overall a let down. We will not be resigning our lease.

Not Happy.

We have lived here for a number of years , it has gone down in upkeep, the property is no longer a place you feel like ,gee , its maintained, the grass is green, the trash , the mail, the buildings, they need painted, these buildings are at least 11 years old, when you go to the office to explain how your upstairs neighbors are so loud, that they have no consideration, in the evenings, they pacify you by giving you a number to call to complain, instead of handling it, reaching out to that tenant, and letting them know its in their contract to quiet down after 9pm. We got a contract now with, trash pick-up at door, they don’t show up when they are suppose, my trash hasn’t been pick- up several nights, since it started. I have had several packages that our live plants, flowers delivered to office, but no one calls you to let you know they are there, that would be just a common courtesy.,you would think . I would love to say , I really enjoy my place,and I did at one time, but not so anymore.

Getting worse

We moved here 7 years ago, was pretty new, staff was very good, placed maintain, since Covid, the grass, is no longer sprinkled, throughout, in summer, rent raises have been ( our’s went up 105 a month this year. )high,staff not as efficient, building’s need to be painted. They used to clean up the area every morning, and pick up , not now, During summer grills are not clean or maintained, Sorry to say its not like it was , it could be a very nice complex, it sits back off street, and the drive into it is nice, although there is a section,on left of the drive in, that must be owned by someone that doesn’t take care of the overgrown grass and weeds in summer. If the rent wasn’t so high everywhere else we probably would move.
