General I information
These are beautiful, spacious apartments and great location. The Management changes very often and some staff are fantastic but others not so much. We experienced car damage from egging several times in the parking lot and if you are handicapped , good luck with parking, It is very limited. We lived here three years and have been informed we need to pay for carpet replacement. We did not have a dog and only a kitten for about 6 months. There was no pet damage and only normal wear and tear on these cheap carpets. I think this is ridiculous. I questioned this fee but got no response. Also, be aware, you do not pay for individual water usage. It was explained that each building gets a water bill and it is divided by number of occupied units. Regardless of how many people are in each unit. Be prepared for around $100 per month for water.
