Lived here for just under a decade. In that time Woodbridge went through: 4 owners, 4 management companies, 6 property managers, and more maintenance supervisors, maintenance staff, and office staff than I could even tell you. It was a good a place to live in 2015 when we moved in. Between 2015 and 2025 it slowly went downhill to the point that the only adjectives I could use to describe the property now are "neglected," "rundown," and "sad." To put it lightly, they are slumlords. Their maintenance philosophy could best be described as applying chewing gum and duct tape, hoping that the residents either get tired of dealing with them and either fix the problem on their own or just live with the issue. In fact, they were so bad about maintaining the property that a poorly replaced roof began leaking within 6 months of being replaced, and leaked worse than the old roof they replaced to the point of causing damage on the first floor. It took getting the corporate office involved, by way of one of their other properties in the city, to get the roof fixed. We also had multiple plumbing leaks that developed and none of them were ever fixed. When it snowed, there wasn't a single snow storm where they actually cleaned the sidewalks and only one where they plowed the parking lots. And this was all while they consistently were raising the rent every chance they could get. We received a renewal last year (without the required increase notice period from them) and rent went up 30% and then this year they were going to increase it by 50%, to the point of it being almost 4x what the rent was when we moved in. After contacting a lawyer, he said it sounded like a pattern of retaliation because we were asking them to fix things. So, someone running a business fixing cars in the parking lot and taking up all of the parking spaces is ok, but filing maintenance requests isn't. Also, they will charge a crazy amount for the utilities and services that are billed through the lease.

Living here at woodbridge has been a great experience for my partner and I. we’ve been here for 6 months now and the area is so beautiful, the neighbors are so kind and the staff has been very sweet and helpful to us. my cats love it here as well with all the natural light. So far, this is home to us and we are so happy we moved here!

I have lived here for 2 years +. What I like about living here is that the grounds, with lake, trees, walking space is beautiful. I like the residents, I have made some good friends because of the dog park. I like the dog park area but I don't like that it is not well maintained. The trash buckets get overly full before they change them, there has been a problem with bags being available. There is no shade in the park. there are light posts around the park but are never turned on even when the sun goes down at 5:30 at night and people don't get home from work until between 5 and 7. Maintenance has been a problem with slow or no attention to apartment maintenance. We have not had a pool this year. There was no access to the work out room for awhile. They could have at least gotten a referral to another pool but did not. the apartment complex next door is owned by the same company. there is no club house per se. it is attached to the leasing office and is closed when they are closed. When I moved here it felt like it was residence friendly but more and more it is staff friendly and not welcoming, open relationship between staff and residence. Communication is poor. All in all, with the problems, yes, I like it here and would recommend to a friend but would be very honest about the problems. one more: the billing! we are charged every month for water even though the water co. charges every other month. With no pool to pay for this year, our bills should have been less. I don't know from month to month what my bill is and it is rather ridiculous. The prices of everything goes up often.
