Exceptional Staff and Amenities, Worth the Premium

Review: Living in this apartment has been a great experience, largely thanks to the incredible staff who are not only helpful and professional but also proactive in addressing any concerns, including noise issues from neighbors. The location strikes a perfect balance of convenience, combined with maintenance that is nothing short of five-star quality. The amenities offered, such as a well-equipped gym, a pool, fun planned activities, and both pickleball and tennis courts, contribute to a vibrant living environment. While the apartment itself is quite appealing, it's important to note that the premium price and occasional noise disturbances are minor caveats in an otherwise outstanding living experience. The combination of thoughtful staff, excellent maintenance, and comprehensive amenities make it a place that I enjoy calling home.

Kudos to the Maintenance Team

Sending highest praise to the Maintenance Team at The Overlook at St. Thomas. Last week's sub-zero temperatures and snow were handled beautifully by the team. Sidewalks were cleared and stairways salted early each morning. Great job Fellows!
