My husband and I were so excited to get the new windows. They are absolutely beautiful! But more than that were the young men who installed them! These guys worked like a well oiled machine! Their work was perfectly executed as well as their company! I believe it was Gregory Thompson, LLC (window installation), I HIGHLY recommend these fellas for anyone with a home or business looking for excellent skills and a warm smile! The Overlook has been our home for many years and they just keep getting better!

We are so happy to be moving to The Overlook at St. Thomas. We got our keys this past weekend and love it. The Roads were in fantastic shape and the walks had a clear path. Our previous apartment complex the parking and walks were a mess after the storm. Karen and I are looking forward to meeting our neighbors and the staff.

Our apartment complex does such a great job building community! They hosted a chili cookoff last night, and it was such a fun event — they do something like this every month, often with an open bar, and it’s always a great time. The office staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. It really feels like they care about the residents and want everyone to enjoy living here. Couldn’t ask for a better team or a better place to live!

I love living at The Overlook! I’m in my second year here and it just keeps getting better. The apartments and grounds are kept in great condition, maintenance is so responsive, and the staff are amazing!!! I recommend The Overlook to everyone I know!
