  • A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered. Contact our office for breed restrictions.. A maximum of two animals are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs is permitted. This animal limit includes pets, Emotional Support Animals, and Service Animals. Unregistered pets are subject to violation and fines. Pets must be spayed or neutered.  Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 and additional pet rent of $25 per pet a month per apartment.
