Very poor communication with staff. Multiple times where i reported issues that would not be noted until asked again. This involved a broken heater that was not addressed for over a week. It was 5 days before even a portable space heater was provided. Apartment was unlivable. Multiple similar occurancrs happened. Staff was often rude and unhelpful.

In the past few weeks I have needed some repairs in my apt. Daniel , the maintenance expert was absolutely fabulous. He was very friendly and let me know what was happening at all times. He even offered to vacuum the small amount of debris left from the boxes. He also made sure I knew how the new appliances worked. Management...Daniel is by far the best maintenance technician there has been in the four years that I have lived here.

We request maintenance but then weeks or months go by before our issues gets addressed. Calling back or reminding them of the issue does not help. In terms of amenities the tennis court is good, swimming pool is often filthy and gym is tiny with broken machines.
