It's fine, rent went up from last year. My bedroom is noisy when A/C units are working, which is roughly 8 months out of the year.

My wife and I have lived here for going on 4 years this summer. Our time here has had its ups and downs - namely dealing with a fire alarm water issue that resulted in a sagging ceiling and had to be relocated to our guest bedroom for a few weeks - but has otherwise been a fairly good experience. The one thing I would like to see change is the pavement in the complex parking lot. There are massive dips and holes that have not been fixed the entire time we've lived here. (And a decrease in rent wouldn't hurt either.) Thank you.
