DO NOT RENT HERE! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! We have had a storage unit for a year now. When we got it they did not explain that the price could go up. When we rented it there were pages and pages on a small tablet in small writing they insist on you scrolling to the bottom to sign. They double the price. I told them I wasn’t paying it. They said they would put the increase off until December. Then they still charged us the double price. I asked for a refund. They said they’d send it in 7-10 business days. Then in 10 days I got a notice saying that I still owed $14 for the next month. I told them I wanted to vacate and they tried to tell me I couldn’t I had to have a 15 day notice. Which I told them over 10 days ago I wanted to vacate. But that staff did not send over a notice to vacate form which apparently I was supposed to sign but they did not explain that. They are frauds. They steal your money and make it impossible to vacate or refund me my money. Do not use them! Money hungry vultures. ... Read more

The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. We spoke for nearly 40 minutes, and not once did he seem rushed or dismissive. I asked a lot of questions—probably more than most and he handled every one with confidence and clarity. He even provided helpful information I hadn’t thought to ask about. His professionalism and attentiveness truly stood out. I’m genuinely looking forward to doing business with this company, and to be honest, it was this conversation that sealed the deal for me. For any business owner reading this: the first impression often starts with the person who answers the phone. This individual set the bar high—be more like him. ... Read more

The storage unit staff were great but after a year and a half, I had to move my property to another facility. There was a sewage stench that permeated my fabric on the mattresses, couch, wing chairs, etc. I wasn’t contacted by the facility but I happened to stop by one evening to pull a love seat out that I was gifting someone. The smell was so strong I was gagging. When I called the property the following day they said they didn’t know what was wrong with the drains. I called the movers and had both of my units moved by the end of the month. I wasn’t going to pay one cent more for storage there. Such a shame… ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Prime Storage - 2288 North Webb Road include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
