Great for couples starting out

Lived here several years, enjoy the location the most. The noise has not always been a problem, more rare than anything, at least in the unit we've been in. Most of the staff has been super great throughout our time here so that's been nice. I don't know how they handle couples with a newborn but I know there's tons of kids on the property so they're family friendly as far as I know, hoping that's with all ages as we have friends living on property who are expecting. Have had several maintenance issues in the first few years, carpets shredded on move-in day, paint not done, splatters on walls, microwave broken, water leaks after storms, maintenance not matching the paint correctly so now there's color differentiation on the walls, hoping none of which comes back on us. Thankfully most things have been corrected other than the main one being the paint still not matching but I can deal with that visual-nuisance. Biggest issue I've had though since being here is the smoking everywhere as I've noticed several residents smoking on their patios and/or in their apartments, cigarette and weed smoke which I am allergic to. Also the parking availability because even we ourselves who live here, there's never any parking available. Some neighbors in a one bedroom have 3+ cars and others invite a ton of people over constantly. Overall not a bad place at all, especially starting out. Those are just a few things that have really stuck out.
