Not the Best Experience

This is the second year that i’ve come to live here, but this time for convenience. Location-wise it’s a good place, and it’s more or less quiet compared to other places. However, I would only recommend staying here if someone absolutely must. The staff at the front desk are more than happy to treat you well when you’re in the process of becoming a resident, but once you sign the contract, all help and friendliness go out the window. Staff speak with you as if you’re disturbing them; when I have questions as a resident, they don’t even care to see the buildings they are managing, they just brush aside my concerns. Again, this has been my experience from last year and now this second time as well. Thankfully I’m only staying here for three months because of its location. Overall, I would not recommend this particular apartment. I believe people can find better options in this city for the same price.

Feels like home

Has a great home like feel, apartments are very spaced out and very quiet, The people are friendly and great area for walking.Love the floor plan and kitchen layout , very usuable space for storage, the balcony is nice with outside storage as well, the property is very well maintained as well and very secure feeling with the gated entrances for vehicles, easy to come and go and close to the highway and shopping!
