It's been pretty good so far been here 4 months
Happy Tenant
I have lived at Coppergate Apartments for 1 year. Where my apartment is located it is very quiet. I love walking around the complex to get my exercise, they also have a excercise room. My pets also love it here. I have a one bedroom and my apartment is very spacious. It also includes a washer and dryer which I appreciate very much. I feel very safe here and I know the complex continues to make it so. The only problem which I'm sure is everywhere is shortage of staff. When they are very short, corporate office is here. We have a problems with maintenence at this time. I'm sure they will fix this situation soon.
Perfect Location
I have lived here for 7 years. It feels like you're in the country, while still being in city limits. The sidewalks are bicycle and motorized wheelchair friendly. In fact those on Twyckenham are actually deemed bike paths. Exercise room doesn't have weights, but multiple other exercise equipment and almost all have been replaced with new since completion of the renovation. The pool is wonderful, but not Olympic sized, and you must check in with staff. It's to insure both that nobody from outside the complex is getting in, and to control how many people are utilizing the pool at any given time. Otherwise, it can get crowded very quickly. Very family and pet friendly. The grounds are maintained year round, so no mowing or snow removal. Apartments are nicely sized and laid out so feel larger than they actually are.
It’s good and it’s bad but it’s Covid!!!
I have really enjoyed living here at Coppergate Apartments. I really loved being back here in the back of the property until now.?? They have stated work on the property next door building another apartment complex in this cornfield. So the noise and dust has been something else and something else to watch during quarantine. So all in all it’s Been Good it’s been bad but it’s Covid!!!!!
Country Living in the City
I love this location because I am in city limits but feels like it's in the country. Amenities are nice and I use them frequently. Staff is always nal here!
