We moved into a Shenandoah cottage in 2020. LOVE living here. The staff is wonderful and the response to maintenance requests is always prompt. The location is beyond convenient, with nearby access to everything we need. Kenny, who handles the landscaping maintenance is outstanding. The neighbors are friendly and we couldn't feel more at home.

We have been here just over a year! We are so pleased to call Shenandoah Properties our home. The administrative staff have been gracious, always answering questions without hesitation. They have helped us through the beginning of leasing our lovely home and through the process of renewing our lease and helping with the newer Pet Screening process. We feel at home here and love Lafayette!

We just moved into our new apartment, upon move in me and my fiancé were absolutely speechless. Management was beyond professional and kind. Out of living in 3 different complexes in Lafayette we finally found a place to call home. The unit was spotless on move in day. As per usual I was expecting to have to deep clean and fix a few things but not here! For the price I am blown away, if you're looking for a place to move, search no further. Not only is the unit perfect, but management and staff as well. We look forward to our new home. The neighborhood is mostly mid aged folks who have been beyond kind to us. From a southern hospitality stand point I couldn't ask for better neighbors, quiet, kind and supportive.

It was a nice place but management doesn't care about parking even if you can't park in front of your building, they put out notices but never act upon them, windows are super thin we had to put plastic on them every year in the winter months, don't expect them to do much about your comments and concerns, if it doesn't benefit them it doesn't get done, last thing don't expect to live here past 2 years they'll find some loop hole to get your out when they want you out we've had about 9 residents move out just in our block, so long story short if you move in this place have a new place lined up by the end of your lease just in case they're ready to kick you out
