Quiet area.
The neighbors are quiet. Thats always a plus. The dog park now has a double gate which is great for entering and exiting. Parking is always plentiful in my part of the lot.

Great Location and place to live
I really love the layout of this older place, it makes the rooms feel so spacious! Plus, the location is absolutely perfect – close to everything and not in a sketchy area at all. The staff, including maintenance, is super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.
