A few problems when fixed will make this place a very good option for just anyone 1. Needs to be technology forward with making the process of using apps or websites to do things with a easy to use interface and easy setup and account management. Features to be supported include : allowing access to raise maintenance request by all the resident through a easy to use and reliable application or app 2. Ease of life suggestions not urgent : Better maintenance of Gym area and stairways, odor in elevator, better arrangement of visitor parking and allowing for security in the building by fixing the broken entrance frontdoor and backdoor as kisi does not need to be used if its never locked 3. Maintenance team is very friendly but they are overworked and hence cannot attend to a lot of units so a lot of things that are issues in the units get ignored till residents report about it multiple times. I understand this is a hard problem and a few people can only do so much but just FYI

Outstanding apartment for the cost. We'll lit in all areas and rooms. Appliances were fairly good. Built in ceiling fans were great. Sizes of each room were a great fit for single bedroom. My only complaints were the dryer would occasionally snag the strings of clothes and rip the strings. And I unfortunately had a rage gamer living below me that would make a lot of noise that I could hear and feel clearly through the floor. Beyond those small things, it is outstanding value for the cost. Loved living within walking distance of everything downtown as well.

I love this apt. but over the summer the a/c was spotty at best, non functional for months and somehow while not using it my electric bill doubled. In the winter my bathroom is much colder than the rest of my apt, but the prohibition on heaters makes bathing difficult.

Its a really good place, quite and calm. I really like it the only cons is the parking and the maintainance for the common area which are not really clean.

My central air went out a while ago. While I was out the maitanance crew moved my window shelf, broke one of my plants, tore my blackout curtain, broke a necklace that I has hanging in my window and put in a window unit. If I had been warned of their plan I would have had the area cleared. They said it would be fixed that Sat. Here we are weeks out and still just the window unit in my bedroom. I wasnt even told they were going to enter any part of my apt except the a/c parts which is in the front of the apt.
