The apartment it's self is honestly not bad at all. Mold on the AC unit and windows it common. And the management has poor communication skills. It is very difficult to get ahold of a manager unless they need something from you. They are also inconsistent with billing, some months rent is under $700 and other months it is closer to $750. They also refuse to plow the snow properly, so having a car is difficult when you wake up to a 2.5 ft mound of snow behind your car, and days before the sidewalk is plowed or salted. You get what you pay for, as long as you are quiet and don't complain everything is fine.

Maintenance is quick and efficient, the staff have been super friendly since we've gotten here. Even the residents are very friendly.
