It has been relatively pleasant. Parking is abundant, it is relatively quiet besides the occasional dog barking. Primary issues include old appliances, slight floor sag, general run down ness.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years. The maintenance team is very quick to act on any work orders that you submit. The staff are very understanding, friendly, and willing to work with you through any problems that you have. Upon move in, they were accommodating to me and were willing to stay later to give me the keys. The amenities that are in the apartment are serviceable which is more than I can ask for as someone who is not picky about the quality of said amenities. The area is much safer than you might think since no one wants to walk towards nowhere. The location is very convenient for anyone with a car who frequents both Lafayette and West Lafayette as it sits in between both cities. The only downsides that I can think of is the train noises - they are not very loud and do not bother me. Another is that there is no coverage for parking, which is also not a problem for me but may be important for other people.

The place is great for the college students but that is also the problem. They’ve been disruptive and loud since ive moved in. It isn’t just the ones above me its all over. I literally had to go outside and beg them to pipe down at 2am on Sunday when i have to work at 5am. They also NEVER pick up after their dogs. It’s disgusting to say the least and the poor maintenance crew had ro deal with it.

You get what you pay for, and in a place where everything is expensive you learn to accept you won’t get comfort without paying uncomfortable prices.
