Excellent response to work order

I placed a work order for lint in the dryer vent. Denea called to set up an appointment. She suggested that the maintenance technician would probably check the vent from the inside of the house. The maintenance individual, Tony, arrived on time and went out of his way to see that everything was done correctly. He was cleaning up after he finished but I told him I would take over. I did not want to delay him if he had another work order. Both Denea and Tony were professional, courteous, and very easy to deal with. The complex here is most deserving of the five (5) star rating. Great place to live

Over the 2 years I have lived here, I have had wonderful experiences with all staff. They are responsive to maintenance needs which has been helpful in urgent situations. Having access to the gym and pool are wonderful amenities. The location and apartment layout are a bargain for the price compared to many other apartment complexes in the area. Occasionally parking is full near my apartment, and I have to park further away, but I am so glad I chose Hawthorne as home.
