Disappointed Long-term Resident

I have been disappointed by the handling of the ownership and management change. While the actual staff have been quite pleasant, the policies they are required to implement (most especially those involving ways to submit rent payments) have shown a distinct disregard for the tenant experience (e.g. SEALING the mgmt office drop slot).

No Complaints till now

I have no complaints to be made. The maintenance staff is exceptional. Usually they always work on your request the same day or the next day. The location is awesome. I just cannot find parking for my car as there are limited spots.
