So... I've been here for almost a year. Matt(front office staff)gives quick & precise answers. The maintenance is somewhat a work in progress. Sometimes they care, sometimes they don't. My issues lie within the property. Within days of being here, the outlet by my fish tank in the dinning room shorted out no matter how little things are plugged in. It happened MULTIPLE times until I figured you could use the bathroom switch or kitchen switch to reset them. They are still shorting out to this day even without a fish tank plugged in. Then there is the shower bar incident. When they say, "UPGRADE" as in your unit is upgraded, they mean they just PAINTED over everything to make it look brand new. The microwave & refrigerator may be at least 6yrs old. Anyway, back to the shower incident. I stepped into the shower like any normal person would only to be almost paralyzed because of the painted tub they called an "upgrade" I had to grab the shower bar to SAVE myself from falling. I would have ended up falling backwards back first onto a shower chair I placed outside the tub. Next, the pool doesn't get cleaned enough. There are trees above it so that might be part of the problem. The parking is not so great, people have already damaged my car ?? & it's only a year old. The workout area has old stuff in there & 1 treadmill has been broken since I got here. Another broke but I haven't been back there to see if 2 are still broke or they fixed them by now. You also had better keep your conversation to a minimum because you can hear everyone's conversations from the kitchen in the hallway. Last, I hear from the reviews that the rent should be going up next year. I can't do it anymore.

Really great place to live all around. Especially for DINKS (Dual income, no kids). Spacious, clean, near nature, the list goes on. I always recommend this site to people looking.
