This will be my seventh year living at 320 N. Ellsworth in Naperville. The building has a great location, is a great size for an apartment building (not huge with amenities that I wouldn’t use), it’s well maintained on the outside, and clean, and again, very well maintained on the inside. Our building engineer is the best He’s very prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. You can always rely on him. The only negative I have is the outside parking for guests during the week. They have to park, maybe, a block away from the building. Otherwise, it’s a great apartment!

The apartments are very nice. The only issue is the noise from the Pace buses idling outside. They (and not the trains) are surprisngly noisy.

Lived here 18 mos, 2019-2020. Wonderful building and management staff. Clean, safe premises and a beautiful 10 minute walk into the heart of downtown Naperville, to enjoy the RiverWalk, restaurants, parks, and shops. Steps away from the commuter rail made it easy to head into Chicago for theater, museums, dining, and lakeshore fun. Great experience living at 320 N. Ellsworth.
