Ive lived here since April 2021 and our rent has gone up a total of almost $500 since then. Completely INSANE. The property is now managed by Inland, but the original owners from 2021 were superior. The grounds were clean, maintanence was kind and efficent, updates were constantly being made. Today, im not aware of any updates that arent standard, such as filter replacements. Our external windows have never been cleaned, walls havent been repainted, carpets havent been cleaned, landscaping hasnt been cleaned up around our personal entrance and is completely overgrown. And in the summer months when its 84+, our apartment is never cooler than 84 degrees inside as our air conditioning unit cannot keep up. And our rent went up $500! Completely insane.
