Very nice place to live, neighbors are friendly. Pool, hot tub and Sauna are the greatest. I've lived here since 2/23, The reason for the low rating on noise is due to the forced air, heating and air conditioning it's so loud one can't hear the TV at a normal volume. Also causing problems taking care of business on the phone. Without a doubt Brookdale is a good community.
