You can't beat the location or the school district but the actual apartment building is pretty standard. It's old but I would consider it generally clean. The new owners (bought in 2022) have made updates to the common areas but zero updates to the actual units. Bases boards do not cover gaps, tiles are cracked and the balconies are in rough condition. Non-emergency work orders take from 10 days up to almost 2 months in my case. My rent increased; I was paying $1250.00 in July 2022 and after the August 2022 and August's 2023 increase I will be paying $1500.00. There are no amenities which is fine because we all just want a clean and kept up property with stabilized rent. If you HAVE to live in Naperville and don't mind paying the same rent at someone who has volleyball courts and a pool and enjoy living is a facade then you will love it here.

It takes forever to get maintenance out to our building, we don’t hear updates from staff, and the rent increase doesn’t reflect any positive changes. The property was better managed with the old company. With the new company came a rent hike and a decrease in responsiveness to tenants needs. Planting flowers around the building does not justify the price of the rent increase. This is a bare bones apartment complex, and the rent price no longer reflects that.
