These have the feeling of being your own, very quite subdivision, no one on top of you. Private back yards, well maintained. Spacious interiors, My only gripe if any is it would be nice to have more modern appliances, and fixtures. This is me being petty. I would choose this over the newer wantabe luxury complex on 111th. Priced right as well. Did i mention your own 2 car garage with parking.

Higher priced than other area units however it was clean, freshly painted with minor issues. Good neighbors with quiet surroundings. Would have stayed if they did not raise rent so high.

Since the new property management has taken over, the value and service has dropped significantly. No longer are there weekly maintenance visits, lawn service has been irregular, and there is a general feeling amongst several residents that there is oversight into what is going on in the neighborhood (or that anyone even cares).
