High Priced
Higher priced than other area units however it was clean, freshly painted with minor issues. Good neighbors with quiet surroundings. Would have stayed if they did not raise rent so high.

I have lived here since Ashwood was built. I have truly enjoyed living here.

Ashwood Place Review
Since the new property management has taken over, the value and service has dropped significantly. No longer are there weekly maintenance visits, lawn service has been irregular, and there is a general feeling amongst several residents that there is oversight into what is going on in the neighborhood (or that anyone even cares).

IMPROVED
The current management has been more efficient with maintenance requests and the snow removal has been exceptional. Only disappointed with the lack of onsite property manager. However, the communication flow has been adequate.
